By accessing or using my4o ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

my4o provides access to the GPT-4o language model through third-party inference infrastructure. The Service is community-operated and independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts

Using the Service requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage (scraping, bots, etc.).
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service is produced by a third-party AI model. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated outputs. You retain rights to your input content. The my4o name, logo, and website design are our property and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — use your own judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Model Availability

Access to GPT-4o depends on third-party infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee that the model will remain available indefinitely. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to availability.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
